We see all patients by appointment. Please call 630-495-1000 and allow us to arrange a convenient time for you. We will do everything possible to accommodate your schedule. Please be assured that keeping appointments on time is one of our standard goals.  If you prefer, you may email us.

Cancellations

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. This courtesy, on your part, will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.

Payment and Financing

Medical insurance plans will not cover cosmetic surgical procedures.  Our office is able to assist you with a financing program for elective surgical procedures.
